A romantic at heart, Scott Duncan opened the doors of Sugar Shack Tattoo Shop in his hometown of Kincardine, Ontario on Valentine's Day in 1999. Establishing himself as a pillar of this lovely lakefront community, Scott and his team have been keeping the people of Bruce County colourful for over 25 years.
